This health-promoting, easy-to-prepare dip can be prepared ahead of time and tastes great with your favorite crudites. Most of the research on live culture yogurts, like we use in this recipe, shows the ability of live bacteria to become metabolically active in our digestive tract and to support digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 TBS chopped chives or scallions
- 1/4 tsp sea salt or to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with crudites.
