Carrots with Honey Mustard SauceTry this recipe for a great tasting way to enjoy carrots.
Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- Fill the bottom of the steamer with 2 inches of water.
- While steam is building up in steamer, cut carrots into 1/4-inch slices.
- Steam carrots for 5 minutes.
- Combine mustard, honey, and olive oil.
- Remove carrots from heat and toss with honey mustard mixture.
